Our Programs

From education to sports, welfare to faith โ€” MMYC runs programs that shape lives and strengthen communities.

MMYC Teen Camp

Since its inception in 2009, MMYC Teen Camp has grown into one of the most impactful youth development platforms for Indian Muslim teenagers in Malaysia. What began as a simple classroom-based programme has evolved into a holistic, dynamic and high-energy camp blending academic learning, religious guidance and outdoor activities.

12 editions held over 16 years. More than 1,500 Indian Muslim youth have benefitted directly โ€” many entering as ordinary students and leaving as confident, purpose-driven individuals.

Majlis Iftar & Amal

MMYC's most long-standing welfare initiative โ€” running continuously since 2009. Every Ramadan, MMYC organises a communal Iftar and charitable luncheon bringing together madrasah students, orphans, single mothers, and the general public.

Each year the event benefits more than 400+ madrasah students and 150+ ibu tunggal (single mothers), with events drawing up to 1,500 attendees. Supported by NGOs, community leaders, and public donors.

Maulidur Rasul Procession

One of MMYC's most significant and anticipated annual programs โ€” the Maulidur Rasul SAW Procession has been held consistently every year since 2012 at the Masjid India area in Kuala Lumpur.

The procession unites NGOs, madrasah students, surau representatives, ustaz, community leaders, and the public in celebrating the birth of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Hundreds of participants gather annually to recite selawat and carry banners of love for Rasulullah SAW.

MMYC Futsal League & Tournaments

For 17 years, MMYC futsal has grown from a modest internal activity into one of the most anticipated highlights of the club calendar. MMYC proudly became the first organisation to conduct an Indian Muslim futsal league in Malaysia.

11 futsal tournaments and 2 major futsal leagues held since 2008. Several players developed in MMYC leagues have gone on to compete in the Malaysia Premier Futsal League (MPFL). Puteri MMYC also championed women's sports through 4 netball tournaments (2012โ€“2016).
